Non linear static analysis of stiffness irregular RC structures

چکیده

Abstract Vertical structures exhibit flexibility than ordinary and also they show sensitivity in earthquake excitation. As per the safety standards of construction, are built with simple uniform configurations. Focusing on aesthetic view these vertical structures, discontinuity stiffness occurs there by resulting soft storey. this feature is highly undesirable buildings especially seismic active zones. However storey cause large deformations at junction building lead a greater failure for life property. An attempt has been made to predict performance considering G+ 14 storeys. Developing base mid level G+14 structure evaluating its under non linear static analysis using SAP2000. A comparative study based on, without results tabulated.
